Hey all! It has been a sweet week! We had a successful dessert festival with the relief society- we found so many prepared people! food makes magic. ignore the capitaliazation- the keyboard isn't working for me. hahaha
this week i started working on pres Nelsons challenge to read the BOM before the end of the year. As studying, I was impressed with how much the LORD DIRECTS HIS WORK. The occurrences within the BOM are not only coincidental, each experience was perfectly planned and aligned by an all knowing creator. While reading the JST translations of Matt 4 i was so impressed by how the translation and changes in the Bible made it seem as though Satan had control. But not so. When reading the changes it is very clearl that the LORD IS IN CHARGE. And I love the similarity of this change of Joseph Smith and emphasis pres nelson has put on the name of of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I know this is the Lord's church. He is actively engaged. I can see His hand directing the proactive, wise action of Pres NELSON! WHAT A WONDERFUL TIME WE LIVE IN! LETS GOOO!
